A message from the principal of Hermanek Christian School:

We would like to invite you to work with us in Prague. Two years ago, we founded a Christian elementary school. For the school year 2013/14, and years following, we will be offering grades 1 to 5 of elementary school as well as two kindergarten classes. As a school, we are members of ACSI, and we have been inspired by Christian schools in other countries. In each classroom, there are a maximum of 12 pupils and in each grade, they are learning English. We believe, that as the future Christian generation, if they know English, they will more mobile in the world and have greater opportunities to study in foreign Bible schools and universities and return to country with new ideas. Half of the children in our classrooms are from Christian families and half are children of parents who do not belong to any church, but are pleased with the way we, as Christians, relate to our students differently than in the state school system and that we are able to devote more attention to them.

We would be very happy if you would be interested in helping us. We need teachers who know how to teach children from 5 to 10 years old, who could take on teaching them English as well as assist them in teaching them mathematics in English.  We would welcome to our team a creative teacher who loves children and who is able to share his/her faith with them. Beginning teachers are welcome.
