Guatemala : Community Development Initiator

Iglesia Reforma, a 2015 church plant with TEAM missionaries in Guatemala, is convicted about connecting the Church outside of its own four walls. The community development work is creative, grass-roots, language-heavy, gospel-centered, people-oriented, and sustainable. It could move into entrepreneurship, education, job skills training, street ministry, community listening, medical work, empowering the poor, or mentoring/discipleship. How can we connect our church (and other churches) with healthy, reciprocal, gospel-centered relationships with communities of need?

This person will be fluent in Spanish and a proven, developed interest in community development in any or all of its forms, and be a servant.
