Japan : College English Club (Tokyo, TMMI)

Be a part of starting a new church by using innovative methods to build bridges to the gospel in an unreached area of downtown Tokyo.

Involves going to Rikkyo University several times a week for their English club.  With that as a starting point, they would arrange friendly get-togethers with students one-on-one, in small groups, and for larger events.

No previous Japanese language is required (although always welcomed).  Studying and the use of Japanese would be an expected part of ministry for mid-termers.  We would ask that Japanese study begin several months before arriving in Japan.  We would help potential candidates with this.  Ten hours of Japanese study a week would be part of their weekly schedule after arrival.
