Japan : Regional Member Care Coordinator_Japan
In partnership with the Ministry Areas and the Global Member Care Team, RMCCs will facilitate the use of regional as well as traveling member care resources to proactively and reactively enable fully functional member care for TEAM personnel in their region. They will encourage both individuals and the organization in values, attitudes and actions that promote spiritual, relational, physical, mental and emotional health.
Develop a network of member care providers within the region who are available to provide member care services.
Identify, train and consult regularly with Member Care Facilitators (MCF) in each ministry area.
Identify member care needs within the region.
Mobilize member care resources to respond to needs in their region.
Provide consultation for the Senior Directors and Ministry Area Leaders on personnel needs, policies, options and resources.
Promote best practice member care through training events.
RMCCs should be growing disciples of Jesus Christ who are team players, willing to collaborate with leadership and skilled at building relationships. Gifting, training and experience should be consistent with a care-giving ministry. RMCCs should have experience living and working in a foreign country. Their philosophy of member care must reflect a strong, Biblical base and the integration of best practices with Scripture. Organizational abilities will also be helpful.
