Chad : Print Shop Director


Literature is a crucial tool for the spreading of the gospel and the strengthening of the evangelical church in Chad. We need a director/manager for a small print shop that produces vital literature for Bible teaching, evangelism/discipleship and literacy throughout the country of Chad. These materials include things such as Bible School curriculum, Sunday School materials, tracts, training materials for pastors and elders, hymn books and medical/health literature. Your ministry will be to oversee the general operations of the Printshop. Your responsibilities will be to supervise, train and disciple a staff of Chadian employees, to operate and maintain the various pieces of equipment when necessary, to assure the financial viability of the Printshop, to oversee the overall chain of production from inventory/supplies to the quality of work coming out of the shop, and to oversee the maintenance of the Printshop plant itself.


Good level of French language
Understanding of and experience in the production process of printing including operating equipment – Printshop equipment includes computers, digital & offset presses, right angle folder, hydraulic paper cutter and simple binding equipment.
Computer competence sufficient for handling digitized layout software
Good people skills for managing personnel
A vision to see literature continue carrying the light of the gospel around the country
